The Right Components.
Expertly Built.
Delivered on Time.

AOP Technologies is a technical distribution and contract manufacturing partner for equipment and device manufacturers across the Pacific Northwest. We bring deep application knowledge, hands-on engineering support, and ISO-certified manufacturing to every engagement, allowing you to focus on building your product rather than managing your supply chain.

We Help You Build Better Products

Whether you need a specific component off the shelf, a fully tested sub-assembly ready to drop into your product, or an engineer who can review your design before you commit to a BOM, AOP can help.

We’ve been doing this for over 60 years, and our capabilities span distribution, contract manufacturing, plastics machining, and engineering services.

Distribution of Automation & Sealing Components

We stock and distribute components from more than 80 manufacturers, including pneumatics, controls, liquid-handling equipment, and seals and O-rings. Our product specialists know these products in application, not just on spec sheets. When you describe what you’re building, we help you select the right part, not just the nearest catalog match.

What We Stock:

We carry deep inventory from manufacturers we know and stand behind. If you need it fast, it’s likely on the shelf. If you need it configured or assembled, we’ll build it.

Controls & Automation

Contract Manufacturing

We build sub-assemblies and full assemblies to your specs in our Auburn, WA facility. Simple tubing and plumbing kits to complex electro-pneumatic systems and control panels — we handle both. Every assembly goes through documented build procedures, full inspection, functional testing, and certification before it ships.

What that means for you: Instead of purchasing, receiving, stocking, and assembling a dozen parts yourself, you order one finished assembly under one part number. Ready to install. ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Precision Plastics Machining

Over a decade of experience machining engineering plastics to tight tolerances — ABS, acetal, UHMW, polypropylene, polycarbonate, and others. We machine custom plastic components on-site and integrate them directly into assembly solutions when needed.

Engineering Services

Our engineers bring product application knowledge that most distributors simply don’t have. They can get involved early — at the design stage, before the BOM is locked — and help you spec the right components, identify a better approach, or carry a concept from prototype through production-ready specifications.

We Know the Requirements of Your Industry

Every industry we serve has its own constraints, including regulatory requirements, precision tolerances, biocompatibility standards, and cleanroom environments. We’ve built up application knowledge in each of these markets, so the conversation starts at your level, not at square one.

A Technical Partner, Not Just a Parts Supplier

Most distributors hand you a catalog. We bring technical expertise to the conversation, backed by a full engineering team. That difference shows up when you’re trying to solve a system-level problem, spec a component for a constrained environment, or outsource a sub-assembly without losing control of quality.

  • 60+ years of application knowledge across pneumatics, controls, fluid handling, and sealing
  • ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturing — every assembly built, tested, inspected, and documented
  • On-site plastics machining for custom components that integrate directly into assemblies
  • 80+ manufacturers represented, with deep product expertise (not just catalog access)
  • Flexible JIT stocking and delivery — order what you need, when you need it
  • Pacific Northwest-based and responsive — you’re not in a national support queue

Tell Us What You’re Building

Whether you’re in early design, sourcing for production, or trying to solve a problem that’s been on the back burner, we’re worth a call. Our engineers give straight answers about what’s possible and how to get there.
