For OEM machinery manufacturers who need assembled, tested components rather than individual parts, AOP’s contract manufacturing capability handles the complete process: procurement, assembly, testing, inspection, certification, labeling, and traceability documentation. Our 12-step manufacturing process is documented, auditable, and ISO 9001:2015 certified.
We specialize in high-mix, low-volume work — the kind of custom or short-run assembly that larger contract manufacturers will not take on. If you need a specific sub-assembly built to print and delivered just-in-time, that is the work we do.
Mechanical Engineering Services
Our engineering staff works with customers on component selection, system design, and application-specific problem-solving. That work is not limited to the products we sell. If you are troubleshooting a recurring failure, evaluating a design change, or specifying components for a new machine, we are available to work through the technical details with you.
Machining Services
We operate CNC mills, CNC lathes, Wire EDM, and Sinker EDM equipment, and have been machining plastics since 2008 and metal since 2021. For industrial machinery applications, our machining capability covers both prototype and production quantities in materials including Acetal (Delrin), UHMW, Nylon, Polycarbonate, ABS, aluminum, and steel.
3D Printing
For prototype parts, tooling fixtures, or low-volume production components, our SLA 3D printing capability produces parts with tolerances to ±.004 inch and a superior surface finish compared to FDM printing. For applications requiring biocompatible materials, we carry resins rated for those applications.

Downtime costs more than the part
A failed pneumatic actuator or a leaking seal assembly is rarely just a component cost. It is a line stoppage, a maintenance labor charge, a potentially missed delivery, and in some cases a quality event. Component selection that accounts for actual operating conditions — pressure cycles, media compatibility, temperature range, duty cycle — reduces the frequency and severity of those events.
